Smile Exante for smaller loss is working

Hi, I am so pleased that I made the decision to try Exante. With 20lbs to lose I felt bad for wanting to lose it quickly. But, SW was letting me eat too much and I realised that portion control is my problem. I am doing Exante WS and am proud of my decision and delighted with this support site.

Welcome. You'll find more Exante folk on the specialist Exante forum so may want to post there as well.

Enjoy the journey - you'll be done in a trice, and can then post on maintaining.
