    How Is It Possible?

    How is it possible to drink my 3 litres of liquid a day in the form of tea and coffee WITH milk and still remain in ketosis and still lose 3-4 lbs a week? Because that is what is happening. I thought it was just a fluke but it's not.

    WEEK 1 -9LB WEEK 6 -1LB (TOTM) WEEK 11 -4LB Some weeks away from Minimins but back now
    WEEK 2 -8LB WEEK 7 -8LB WEEK 12 -4 LB to lose the last of my weight.
    WEEK 3 -3LB WEEK 8 -3 LB WEEK 13 - -3lb WEEK 21 -4LB
    WEEK 4 - 0 WEEK 9 -5 LB. WEEk 14 - 4lb
    WEEK 5 -9LB WEEK 10 - 3LB (TOTM)

    Drinking water is the best way to lose weight but you are obviously managing by drinking tea/coffee to get to your 3 litres. Peppermint or green tea are great for weight loss but plain water is definitely the best way to wash the toxins from your body. Keep up the great work!
