    The Diet Shack

Has anyone tried this? Is is any good?
Looks very similar to S&S but not as much variety and a bit cheaper, I think it is quite new and just wondering if you would get the same results as they seem higher calories

Looks like the same cost wise as s&S but doesn't have anywhere near the same choice.

    I can't see any benefit to it. Personally I'd stick with s n s

The shakes are about 130 cals if mixed with water. More if mixed with milk.

I ordered from them and they screwed up the order massively! Wouldn't use them again.

I asked customers on eBay who brought from diet shack they were very happy and lost or losing lots weight, most of these customers had used s&s, exante, Cambridge, etc said they taste just as nice with same amount of weight losses.
    14 day 42 pack s&s £56.99 not sure on p&p
14 day 42 pack diet shake £41.58 that was free p&p

so quite a bit of saving, I will be giving them ago the more weeks you order the cheaper.
