finally someone who is doing it. ive not been good . work has been awful and applying for jobs but not getting interviews so ive come off plan eaten stupid things and put weight on. i had lost over a stone and got into my size 16. i rang up as i had an email through saying about telephone calls? and had a chat with soneone there and she helped me get back on itso now day 2 and feel bit better about things but at least im sticking to the shakes . major headaches though.

i don't know what the difference is realy . slim and save are amazing delivery wise and have more choices but i have been offered free telephone mentoriing with sml . i think thats is going to help me stay on track.

the SML diet is much the same as s&s but you can order any amount of packs at the same price (you dont have to order a bundle!) also they are just amazing at supporting their clients through facebook chat, emails and even on the phone. I think this what makes them stand out!xx

I wasn't in any way saying anything bad about s&s (I used it for a long time!) but was asked why I moved to the sml diet, why are people so protective over s&s, it used to be like it with exante, I then moved to s&s and everyone was so negative at first!

I've not been negative at all-we were just curious as to why you thought it was better!! Everyone is entitled to do whichever they choose!

Is that heavily marketed "Snip" the same thing? Much more expensive though.

Just ordered a trial pack from them, lady who dispatches them live not too far and even offered to deliver them herself for free as she didn't want to inconvenince me! Also offered support/advice etc if I wanted which was lovely, she told me they currently use the same supplier as S&S for the shakes but this is changing in 10days so will be interested to see the difference x

It's almost identical to Slim and Save, a mixture of shakes, bars, meals and soups. I really really love it. The fact I can collect the items means I save about £7 a week compared to S&S so it's slightly getting the upper edge for me. You also get the option of a 'consultant' if you need the support. It's much cheaper than Cambridge.
