Katie's final push to goal!

Hello my name is Katie I am 31 yrs old and I have lost 10 stone so far on vlcd.. Mainly slim and save! I came off plan a month or so ago to try and lose the rest of the weight (around 2 stone now) on healthy eating... Well I gained the customary 7lb and now 2lb extra for good luck lol so I am 9 lb up and determined to get to goal now as I have a hospital appointment in September for fertility treatment.

I am trying SML this time and have bought 2 weeks... I have used the diet before but I have ordered all new products and am really looking forward to seeing the scales move again.

I am weighing in tomorrow and using that as a starting point to lose around 2 stone!!

Weighed in today was 13st 7.4lb my lowest has been 12st 9.8lb :/

I am two packs down now and feeling good I need to get the pounds off I have gained and continue on

What an amazing loss, it's hard to get my head around a loss that big, brilliant!! X
