Quick one, Fry Light

Sorry if this has been covered but im sure i read somewhere about being able to use Fry Light when on a VLCD? Is this true and also what sort of quantities / sprays are allowed? If not please let me know asap as heading home soon and want to try something if I can, thanks in advance -x Shaz

I only boil steam grill bake or microwave when doin a vlcd so avoid spray completely...
