New starter in Shake that weight - 02.04.2014

Hi All,

I am starting my diet tomorrow and thought of starting a diary to help myself and get motivation from you all. It is my first time in a diet so not sure how I will cope so your support and tips will take me through this journey.

I weigh 73kg and need to get back to my normal weight. I had a baby girl in the summer and my aim is to loose 20kg in 3.5 months just in time for her first bday. Approximately 7kg a month which is my aim

I don't know if my goal is realistic or not but I will ensure I try my level best to get any where close to it.

I plan to have 3 shakes a day and a small meal. I am vegetarian so will have vegetables and salads mainly.

Please let me know what vegetables I can and cannot have
 
hello there good luck with your diet im on shake that weight diet too i have 3 shakes a day and a meal of an evening.

did you get a book with what vegetables you can eat with your starter packs?

Hi All,

Sorry for disappearing!! Did not end up starting the diet always left in the back burner

Well that's history and now I really have 7 weeks be ogre my daughters 1st bday and throwing her a party for around 80 people so I really have to drop the weight .

I start tomorrow with. 3 shakes a day.

I really appreciate all your motivation to get me started and sticking to it for the next 7 weeks.

Please wish me luck and mentally I pray I have the motivation to stick
 
Hey there - did you start? I have seven weeks until my 50th birthday and feel exactly the same as you! How are you getting on, or did you not manage to get going?

Hey everyone I'm new and starting the shake the weight diet on Monday!

This is my last weekend of food enjoyment before my "transformation" (as I am now calling it instead of a diet!) lol

I've previously done Cambridge diet for 11 days and lost 12lb but didn't stick it out (which I've always regretted!) and of course put the weight and more back on ?

I'm more determined than ever this time and know by setting Monday as my date I will stick it out, I've got about 5st to lose.....wow scary I know!!

I've looked through this feed and think it's fab how you all support each other and I'm hoping to tag along ? xx
