VLCD after Gastric Bypass

Hi all
I have been doing a VLCD for almost 4 weeks now and am 25lbs down - yay!!! I had an RNY (gastric bypass) 6 years ago and I wondered if there's anyone out the who has also had the same surgery and then done a VLCD?
