Hiya. Im sarah. Jus joined shake that weight 4 days ago realy enjoying it, avnt felt hungry in the slightlest. I currently lost 14lb just by cutting out all the junk food. But feel it needs jump starting again hence starting shakes. Im looking to loose 1st 7lb realy hope this works and I can stick to it. Id love to hear your stories, also if anybody wants to buddy up.
