    VLCD Update and Success

    Hi Minimins

Recently I've decided to change my life!

After peaking down between my fingers the last time I stepped on the scales I realised to be happy, I needed to make changes!

After doing research into VLCD dieting, all the pros and cons I settled with the KeeDiet (they seemed cheap, and the women I spoke to over the phone was so nice - i couldnt resist trying it)

The starter kit was great, amazing variety of flavours with their soups! My next order I decided to experiment with a larger ask and more variety. I ordered bars for an easy snack while I was at work and full VLCD meals for when i was at home. Was very very pleased!

    Now to my success!

Im pleased and proud to share that ive lost just under 2 stone (but we'll call it 2 stone haha) in just 4 weeks! So pleased!

I hate to brag, but couldn't help myself!

    Stay strong with your diets!

    Kathy

    Hi
I have been on the keediet for 3 days. As I was feeling a bit ill today, I thought I would weigh myself; thought it might cheer me up if I had dropped a pound lol. I've gained 3 pounds!!!! Is this normal? Xx

    Hi J,
I've not heard of keediet, but then again I hadn't heard of Shake that weight before Monday! Did you research it before you started?
It's quite normal to feel a bit off round about day 3. It's just your body adjusting to your new regime.
As for putting 3lbs on, did you weigh yourself at the same time as the first time? I always get weighed first thing in the morning before I have had a drink. That way I know if I'm doing okay with the programme.
Are your scales reliable? Are they on a smooth, flat surface or on carpet? Perhaps it's time to invest in some new ones?
There are loads of reasons that you are seeing a gain, don't feel disheartened yet, it's early days.
Make sure you're drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and if you're able to take a gentle walk that might help. It always works for me to have a short stroll when I'm able to with the dogs to get my insides shifting stuff about lol. Don't do any crazy exercise though love, you don't want to end up in a pile on the floor!
Good luck J and keep us updated on your progress.

    KeeDiet Cheapest price

Hi Mileo65, hope you don't mind me jumping in the KeeDiet cheapest bundle is their Stock-up 100 gets you 100 packs shakes, soups, meals like cottage Pie, Spag Bol etc for 100 plus earn shopping points so works out 98p each pack. Great price and really nice flavs and products.

They also do bundles attached to their plans and cheapest with bars is 118 for 4 weeks 112 products, less when you taking off their shopping points as well. I also think they have much more variety, and their new flavs are to die for, actually look forward to my morning raspberry yoghurt shake which helps

    Hope you're losing lots xx
