Which semi-eating plan gives you the most 'ban for your buck'

Hi. I did Cambridge just over seven years ago and lost three stone. I didn't especially like the taste of the products. I was doing the 810 plan.

I've now returned to VLCDing and want to do an equivalent plan to the 810. I got a week's supply of Exante (which seem to taste much better). Have been thinking of doing the Working Solution or the Man Plan.
My questions are:-

1. Which gives you the most food for the plan? It looks like you get a bigger portion of protein on Cambridge. I do 810 then I can eat with family in evening. It's a bit confusing as there are more VLCD options these days.

2. Which one tastes better - bearing in mind that everyone's taste is different. I've only had three Exante products so far which were fine but am about to try the tomato soup (which I didn't like on Cambridge)
