thought I would introduce myself I had been following slimming world without much success so decided to try a vlcd again I have tried cambridge in the past . I have been following Slim2btrim high protein plan for the past 4 weeks. Its high protein packs and normal foods from the list they provide I had my first weigh in today as I have decided to weigh monthly else I get a little obsessed. I couldn't believe my eyes I have lost just over 2 stones in 4 weeks (((doing a happy dance))) I have never lost so much weight in such a short time and feel great and have loads of energy very different to the first time I did a vlcd.
Is anybody else on it and have your weight losses been as good?
