just about to start!

About to start shake the weight, shakes arrived today and im starting tomorrow. Excited about the weight loss but nervous about the diet! Any tips on the first week appreciated :eek:

If you can, a diet with lots of fruits, veggies, sprouts, salads and legumes
such as lentils and beans will accelerate your weight loss.
All very tasty and economical.

Limiting your animal protein to eggs, chicken and fish is cool too.

If you can reduce anything red meat, the better. Personally, I simply
cannot say no to wild meat!
 
Diet is the only way to maintain your weight balanced.
I would suggest you to have a fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet along with your regular exercises.
