    holiday diet

Hi guys. I'm totally new to this forum business 😊 I go on holiday in 3 months -need to shift some serious weight before I go..... gonna start VLCD shakes and hoping to get any support from fellow shakers!
I find evenings the hardest time as once the kids are in bed I'm a bit if an after dark snacker. X

Hi. I am a night time snacker too. It was always my reward for the day. I've got three children and so once they were in bed, it was me time, except I chose food, and lots of it.
I'm day four on Cambridge (second time trying it), and drinking lots of water is really helping. I know this diet works which is why I'm back on it, but this time I am tackling my reason to over eat as well, so that when I reach target I don't fall into the old habits again.

Thanks for replying - I have done a vlcd before (lipotrim) ...... its just so so hard! Lol I think confronting the reason you eat is a really good idea - you might be on to something there! Thanks so much xx
