Anybody doing Certaslim? Started today and would welcome some mutual support

I have started Certaslim today, doing their Rapid programme (meal replacements + 1 healthy meal each day)

I have a long way to go and wondered if there were any other Certaslim users out there who would like to share ideas and support? Apologies if there is already a group and I've missed it, but I couldn't see one!
