HI guys, starting Shake that weight today but my motivation for diets is terrible!, I've tried the eating healthy and I do go gym at times but just thought this diet will balance out better for me and keep me more on track then the others. I've had a Shake for breakfast and then a mushroom soup for lunch( which I can't say was the best but I coped!).. Need to lose around 5 stone and just really want to achieve this now. I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips of how you all stay motivated when on meal replacement diets and any advice of ways to not make myself crave for bad stuff, I drink alot of water but doesn't always do it for me I also eat quite a lot of fruit. Would love some people in the same position as me so we can all work together to keep encouraging ourselves.
