I have previously done LL and lost 3st 10lb in 9'weeks. I maintained it until I met the lovely Dave (my lovely fella) who's mission in life is to to feed me (great cook) and I couldn't resist however reality check as we holiday in 7 weeks so trying a diff route with ultra slim to test if results are the same. I will be doing hard core replacing all meals with shakes and bars.
