Just wondering how much everyone lost after 4 weeks on any VLCD? I still have another 2 stone to lose and would like to try and lose one of them by VCLD and then attempt the last one on my own. I estimated doing one for about a month to lose 1 stone, is that about right or should i expect more/less?

Most people lose more than a stone in their first month due to that initial loss of water/glycogen so you could lose it in that time for sure. Please just bear in mind working up the plans after! xxx |

Now I don't know if its work doing as I might end up putting most of it back on once i come off it . Obviously i wouldnt pig out probably just follow a calorie contolled diet or WW until I get to goal.Thank for that info though as its giving me something to think about rather than just jumping in feet first like usual .

It's probably still worth doing though, as long as you are prepared for the fact that you may need to spend an additional week or two working back up the plans. Don't write it off xxx |
