My Mood:  Rep Power: 6 Diet: Cambridge Diet |  thank you so much for these!! I'm new to LL and finding the foodpacks a bit of a shock, but gonna try all of those recipes, esp. the crisps as desparate for something to nibble on at the mo! (and I didn't know that I'm ruining the soup packs by a) using boiling water from the kettle on them and b) using an aerated blender makes that horrid froth on top!) muchos gracias!! <a very happy> tinks x  |

My Mood:  Rep Power: 3 | Thank you mike (and your weekly support) When I am very hungry I am sometimes treat myself for a bowl of hot water mixed with your savoury drink or marigold and one spoon of physillium husks. Leave it for 10 minutes and it will become thick. Try it it and it is also good for your bowels too! Also you can add some vegetables to get a kind of vegetable soup.
