    Red face Challenging to newbie minimins - need to fiddle a lot to get the hang of this.

    Hi to everyone.

    I registered yesterday for minimins and I am looking forward to getting the hang of it soon. I would love to have my own weight loss diary. Can anyone help me with this?
    I don't have a lot of time and some easy guides would be very much appreciated.
    I am on Orlistat and weighed myself today after being on it for a week. I have lost 3.2 kg and I am well chuffed with myself.
    Hope to make some friends on here who are on the same journey as me.

    Same here, all I want to do is add a post, maybe it's just me but I'm not finding this very user friendly and would appreciate some basic instructions

    How do I get to my blog? I started one and I can't seem to get back to any of my settings? I can't enter my weight or any changes. Help please!

    Hi All. I'm new here, today. I've spent a good couple of hours trying to work out how to do anything on this site. Can anyone help, please? The tutorial talks of blue tool bars which I don't have. I can comment on someone else's thread but can't start one of my own. Is it because I'm new? Thank you, in advance. :-)

    You should be able to start a thread of your own.

    Go to the section of forum where you want to start a new thread and you will see it says post new thread in ............................ Just click on it and you will be able to start one.

    Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 9lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since.


    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Thanks for your help, cavegirl13, but those options don't seem to be on my screen. I can find a list of forums with no option to start one. I can click on Slimming World and get a list of topics with no option to start one. I can click on a topic and my only option is (if I scroll way back up to the top of the page) to "Reply to thread" like I'm doing now. Guess, I'll just have to wait for someone else to start any conversation I would have done :-(

    hey! I have just joined this and as much as i want to give up as can't work it, i NEED to stick to it as want to do a weight loss diary! There isnt usally a 'reply to thread' button at the top, only a star, does anyone know why? it's only just appeared on this one! Thanks for your help x

    Hi all just started trying to loose weight. again. Need to loose six stone in a year would love some support ideas I am 49 and sixteen and a half stone would love to get to 13stone by my 50th birthday xxxxx
