USAgirl 1 week weigh in On W8

Hello Everyone, Well I had my first week weigh in On W8 and I am happy to report I lost 9 pounds . I would like to say thanks to everyone for all there support and tips and encouragement It really helped me .

I am still learning what I like and dislike on this diet, and what works best for me. I started off trying to do the Rapid plan, but I found that I needed a small piece of chicken every night , about 2 ounces, but it really helped to curve the hunger. I found that I love most the shakes and I can live without the soups but I am eating them for now, also I love my spag bol I also learned that I cant make these recipes on here with my packs to save my life. I tried to make muffins and they were awful and I stunk up the whole kitchen. and some other recipe that I cant remember, but it didnt turn out right either , So I decided for now I will stick to the shakes and not mess up anymore of my packs. I had some tough nights when I was hungry, but I just went to sleep so I wouldnt think about food, now its much much better. All and All I would say the diet is wonderful for me and you guys on here are wonderful for me also

arty 0049:Go USA girl, what a fabulous loss,i bet you are ecstatic. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be at target weight in no time.
The only recipe i've tried that works every time is the ice cream made from a shake-lovely!!

Sat 6th Sep Week 1 Weigh in..... 9lb loss

Fri 12th Sep. Week 2 Weigh in..... 4lb loss (day early due to holiday)

Sat 20th Sep. Week 3 Weigh in.... 2lb loss (actually can't believe it)

Sat 27th Sep. Week 4 Weigh in.... 1lb loss (opps!)

Sat 4th Oct. Week 5 Weigh in.... 3lb loss ( )

Sat 11th Oct. Week 6 Weigh in....1.5lbs loss (better down than up!)

Sat 18th Oct. Week 7 Weigh in....1.5lb loss (at least I'm consistant!)

Sat 25th Oct. Week 8 Weigh in.... Wasn't in the mood, so didn't bother!

Friday 31st Oct. Week 9 Weigh in...1lb loss

Tuesday 18th Nov. Week whatever Weigh In!....2.5lb loss (ok it took more than a week, well spotted!)

Well done USAgirl! 9lbs is brilliant! Just think how long it would take to lose that on any other plan! I agree with your food comment - I need a little bit of chicken most nights too, served with some steamed veggies. Regular plan losses seem to be pretty much on a par with Rapid in my opinion, but it's whatever suits each individual best.

Oh ladies ,I just read everyone comments and it was so sweet and really touch my heart, I am so inspired to keep on track with everyones support and motivation..So thank you all a hundred times over

Jello - I am really happy, I will try the vanilla ice cream recipe soon when I get brave again

Francesmag - I think we need to take some W8 cooking classes . lol

Ms-jmc -I was just doing a low calorie diet and it worked, but it was not nearly as convenient as W8 I found that I would slip up more trying to count the
calories. so this is perfect for me.
