Well it looks like I might have over celebrated hitting the 4 stone marker as I have stayed the same this week. It is a bit disappointing but I made my choices knowing it would impact on my weight loss and if you can't celebrate a mile stone then its a poor thing. Still hoping to be in a size 16 for Christmas so back on track this week. Hope you're all doing ok
