    12 stone 5 lb. Last week's pound has gone but I don't know why as I've been eating a lot. I don't think I'm going to lose any weight over Christmas so I'm just going to aim at staying the same.

    Got on the scales half a dozen times this morning and got half a dozen different weights from 12 stone to 12 stone 6. I knew they were inaccurate but I think I need to replace them now.

    My best guess of my current weight is 12 stone 4lb, 2 lb down from last week.
