    And I'm happy because.....

    I weighed myself yesterday and am the same weight as before Christmas! No idea how that happened with all the eating I did over the 2 weeks I went home.

    I haven't dieted for 2 years, I'm not even on a diet now (researching the right one). I did a week on Rosemary Conley before Christmas and went from 15st to 14st 7lb! I was so sure I had gained, I put 15st as my start weight on here. But no, I'm exactly what I was and very happy with it
    Start weight 15st (210lb) on 8.12.11, lost 12lb low-fat, low-Gi
    Slim and Save- 13.1.12, 14st 2lb (198lb)

    Week 2 -5lb
    Week 3 -4lb

    It really does! I'm looking forward to weighing tomorrow, I really hope it goes ok. I've decided on a diet now, Slim and Save, so I'm seeing if it works as well as it advertises!
