    Start Weight: 11st11lb
    Current Weight: 11st7.4lb
    Goal Weight: 9st10lb

    Current BMI: 27.7
    Goal BMI: 23.3

    Total Weight Loss: 0st3.6lb

    MONDAY WEIGH IN WITH TESSA

    Well, as I can't see one, as as its a new year, I have created on. Anyone wishing to join is very welcome (safety in numbers).


    So after 5 days on attack I am 5lbs down. That was the easy part. The hard work starts now.

    5lb down in my first week of healthy eating which I'm chuffed about as I've ate what I wanted but in moderation MyFitnessPal app has helped alot!

    Mini Goal 3- Lose 1 and a half stone
    Mini Goal 4- Lose 2 stone
