From fad diet to fab diet :)

I've tried a lot of quick fixes In the past, from the apple diet to the baby food diet and once I did the maple syrup diet and passed out after a week of too much exercise and no food! But finally I sat down and planned my own diet that fits around my college work and social life, and for once dieting is actually very refreshing and nice I'm looking for ward to the weeks ahead and ill be posting my weigh ins every Monday xx
