I am really gutted started slimming world on 31/12 and only lost a pound!!!
Although a colleague who tries to make me look on the brighter side keeps praising me for loosing that! I wish this weight loss thing happend quicker!!!

A pound is a good healthy weight loss, if you lose it slowly it's likely to stay off.
A pound a week for a year is 3stone 10lbs
If you keep up with it chances are it will catch up and you'll have a fab weight loss next week. This has often happened to me on SW
Had you been to the loo before getting weighed? Is it nearly the time of the month? Could it be down to fluid retention?
As long as you're sticking to it and the scales are going the right way you will be fine
My mum used to be a SW consultant and in her experience, people who lose it quicker keep it off!
