Technically lost 3lb, technically also maintained!

Well this is my first weigh in since 30th December when I was 16stone 0
I lost 4lbs over christmas and new year because I didn't eat due to my relationship with my ex bf finishing. I know this is the wrong way of losing it and on new years eve I ate, I had a cheeky scales check and gained 3lbs from one meal :rolleyes: this week we've had 2 meals out for my mum's birthday (both chinese banquets) but I've stuck to slimming world fast forward since Monday and I'm now.......

Hoping for a 1-2lb weight loss next week to get into the 15s :)
