Second week done and lost another 7lbs, so thats a stone and a half in two weeks!!!!
7lbs in week 2. That's fantastic! Good for you. Week two is usually pretty brutal. I just finished week one, and of course that's always a big number because of the water weight. I'm afraid week 2 for me might not be to great, but I'm going to think possitive and be happy with what ever the number is even if it's a half a pound Yay You
