    So here goes.....my starting weight is...

    19st 1lb, my goal weight is 15st.

    Good luck, I started at 19stone it's scary, I couldn't Believe I'd let myself get that size!! Now down to 15.1! What diet are you doing? X

    I need to pick one and stick to it!! Lol I was thinking about trying a points based one, need one that I can stick to rather than a fad one /

    Good luck! you can do it! Try SW? ITried but I'm terrible for calorie counting though! I do it on everything so just decided to stick to that coz its obviously working for me!

    19st - only a 1lb loss but I didn't expect a good week as me and my boyfriend went to London for a couple of days to see a show so lots of eating out!!

    I'm aiming just to get below the 19st mark by this time next week )

    I'm sure you'll be ok I started only a month ago and I was 19st 13.5lbs and i want to be around the 13st mark, if we keep going I'm sure we will get to the end of our journey's keep going

    18st 13lbs.........below the 19st mark but only just!!! The problem isn't so much what I eat but that I don't do enough to burn it off. I am off work this week so hopefully I can get out and about. My aim for the next weigh in is 3lb, laters guys

    18st 12lb.......I know I should be happy with any loss but just 1lb is a bit disappointing ( Well no point in feeling sorry for myself, onwards and upwards (or downwards as the case may be lol

    A pound in 4 days is really good. That means you have a 3500 calorie deficit which is a big deficit in 4 days. Keep on going you are doing great!
