I just joined this forum so i am 2 weigh-ins behind but here's the update :)
Week 1: 16st 12lb (start weight)
Week 2: 16st 6lb -6lb :) slimmer of the week!
sounds silly but i feel a difference already, my tummy definitely isn't as bloated. Not sure how i will do this week tho as i was at a BBQ yesterday and went way over syns - flexible syn day i think! Hopefully i can at least get the half stone milestone this week. *crossed fingers*
