    Talking Another 2 Off - 15 in total :)

    So happy I have another 2lbs off this week, I am almost under the 250lbs mark and my mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of September - only 8 more to go. I am finally feeling motivated and feeling good about losing weight. I do need to go wedding dress shopping next May so need to keep going and stay motivated

    thank you, I haven't lost anymore but starting today I am kicking it up a gear I think that's my body used to the eating and exercising so to get more off I need to cut out a bit more and up the fitness Feeling very good about it all right now
