    Talking Another 2 Off - 15 in total :)

    So happy I have another 2lbs off this week, I am almost under the 250lbs mark and my mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of September - only 8 more to go. I am finally feeling motivated and feeling good about losing weight. I do need to go wedding dress shopping next May so need to keep going and stay motivated
    Re-joined Slimming World 15th July 2014, 1lb at a time. No target weight in mind, I will decide when I get to a comfortable dress size

    thank you, I haven't lost anymore but starting today I am kicking it up a gear I think that's my body used to the eating and exercising so to get more off I need to cut out a bit more and up the fitness Feeling very good about it all right now

    I fell off the wagon for a while. So I have re-joined SW with a clean slate. I have also been buying my classes in bulk to make sure I go. I have only missed 1 week and it was due to being away with work. Had 1 very bad week last week but I am positive and I have drew a line under it and got back on track this week.

    Just need to keep going

    Congrats for getting back on track!! I'm doing well thanks, I had a really bad week last week too food wise. Got myself back on track this week but think I've gone a little bit too hard core so am worried about that I might start craving for things next week! But I'm trying to think positively!!
