    Weigh in - Week One

    So, it's my first ever weight in today at Slimming World.

    I joined last week and it's been a whole 7 days of eating healthier, more often and attempting to get more active.

    Feeling lots better already, just a week into my food optimisation, fingers crossed I've lost some lbs!

    Week one I lost 4.9lb :-) that was via Calorie counting and healthy eating... I just had a quick peek on the scales ( I know I shouldn't ) and it says I've gained 1lb since Monday ;-( not sure how so I'm telling myself ifs muscle from working out?

    Managed to lose 5lbs in my first week. It's a great result but I thought i'd have lost more with the amount of walking i've done over the week.

    Roll on next weeks weigh in!
