Hi everyone. This is my first post and I'm afraid I'm after a bit of a confidence boost. I started the Cambridge Diet 6 days ago, and had my first weigh in today. I've only lost 3lb! I'm gutted. I honestly thought it would be more. I haven't cheated at all, have drunk lots of water, and have only had 3 shakes a day. I have 2 stone to lose in total. Where am I going wrong??
