I've got to say, my cousin invited me to try Slimming World and i was a bit dubious about it but i decided to give it 100%, when i started i weighed 238 pounds and after my first week i jumped back on the scales and i weighed 232 without doing any exercise besides walking to and from work. tbh I'm still quite shocked that i have lost this weight just by eating right

I'm going to stick at it and see where it takes me, now I'm going to start exercising this week and see how much i can lose.

I just wanted to ask if 6 pounds is about the right amount i want to be losing each week or should i aim for more?
