Weigh in in the evening... any one else find it frustrating?

My weigh ins are always in the evenings - meaning I clock in at a very different weight to the one I have first thing in the morning when I wake up. Does anyone else find this frustrating?! I know it means I am still comparing apples with apples, but I wish I was recording that *true* weight...

Ideally you should try to weigh first thing in the morning after you have been to the toilet and before you've eaten or drank anything as this will be the most accurate time.

Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day depending on fluid and food intake so I can understand why you are frustrated by evening weigh ins. All I can really say is if you can stick to weighing in the morning, it should be more accurate and not jump around so much :-)

I decided just to switch to a Saturday morning weigh in... Gets my 'true' weight and it also means I get my bottom out of bed and to the gym rather than snoozing!!!
