Right on Kazzy! A girl after my own heart. I am determined to lose this weight but I'm not prepared to put life on hold for months, years or however long it takes. I will LIVE through this transition that I KNOW will happen. I will keep smiling and positive because that is what will see me through. Hey Guys. The perfect crime paid off! I have managed to lose the weight from last weekend PLUS another 3lb. THAT'S ONE STONE GONE!YAY ME!

The Good News and the Bad News

What an interesting weigh in this week. Scale hopping yesterday told me I had lost half a lb but when I got on the scales this morning to do the big analysis weigh in I was disappointed to find my weight was the same as last week Having had an amazingly good day yesterday I brought the memory stick down and put the results on the computer. Eureka! I have gained muscle mass and that weighs heavier than fat so for this week I am not worried about staying the same

This week, however I have only 4 days to make the earth (and the scales) move for me as my weigh in is Friday morning before going off for a family weekend (no point weighing Monday morning after that) so I'll have to be good ALL week until I go
