Diet: weightwatchers
scary weigh ins!

after two years since losing 3.5 stone, im back on the wagon to lose the other 3.5 so i joined weightwatchers last week. its been an iffy week. some good some bad, but im not giving up.

i weighed in last week at 14 stone on the button. ill touch base tomorrow with the results!

ok nearly fell back on the yo yo dieting ladder, but im over it, and through some small miracle im 13 6.5 so 1 and a half pounds down today. happy out. going for a romantic meal tonight to celebrate exam results and back on the straight and narrow tomorrow. joining the gym next week! its all good. thanks for all the good wishes! love jan xxx
