My Mood:  Rep Power: 5  | Week 1 weigh in (CD SS+) 6.5 off!  That's on SS+ no cheating, with a start BMI of 32.4.Really really chuffed. It means I'll almost certainly hit my first mini-goal next week, and probably my second mini-goal as well (sub 13 stones). Lalalalala <does a little dance>
__________________  On CD SS+, 31 years old, 5' 4.5" Wk 00: 13.10 BMI 32.4 Wk 01: 13.04 BMI 31.3 6lbs off Wk 02: 12.11 BMI 30.2 7lbs off Wk 03: 12.08 BMI 29.7 3lbs off MINI GOALS: 7lb off (done), sub 13 stone (done), BMI<30 (done), 1st stone off (done), into size 16 ULTIMATE GOAL: BMI 23, size 10 |
