Diet: Accounts Payable
First Weigh In

Hi, I had my first weight in last night and i have lost 5 lb and 6 inchs in 1 week,
This is the first diet i have been on ever and am so pleased for myself,
I am on the CB and am finding it really easy to get on with.
Im now off to put my Porridge on hope its nice.
