5. Fit into my best trousers again FITTED
6. Be under 19stone ACHIEVED
7. Wear a favourite top again WEARING
8. lose 3 stone LOST
9. Beat last time low of 17.10
10. lose 4 stone
11.get into the 16s
12. Fit into the dress for the wedding
13.lose 5 stone
14. BMI under 35
15. Wear size 18 clothes

You might have to change some of those targets - if I have even half your number gone on Monday I'll be one seriously happy bunny
