if you're doing lots of excersise,thats probably why the pounds aren't dropping as much.
doesn't mean your not slimming down,just building a bit of muscle,which is a good thing.
training for a half marathon eh?

I lost 0.25 of a pigging pound!!! After all that exercise. I am not impressed :-(
I think I may have lost inches though so will do my measurements at the weekend. Will not be very happy at all if I haven't.
