Rep Power: 0  | Lost 18 lbs in 4 weeks! Hi I'm Dave & I'd like to share my weight loss details with you guys. I've been overweight for quite sometime now and so I decided to take up to dieting. I started working out 2 months back. I do cardio exercises and back up with a diet program recommended by my trainer - Bistro Md diet meals. Its low on calories, tastes good and they deliver it to my home. Results have been great so far. I'd like to hear from you, If anyone here familiar with Bistro MD.. |
