    Exhausted. I worked from 11:21am (clocked in early) till 10pm and today (since its 1:32am) I have to work 7:50am till 6pm or unless they tell me to stay longer. I went to the gym right after work.

    I get my new shoes today in the mail!

    Yayayayayay the damn shoes suck. There isn't enough support on the balls of my feet. I'm gonna try duck tape around my socks and on the bottom of my foot and see if that helps. I read it in a running forum before. Ugh. This sucks. I was so excited for nothing.

    We have this walking steps challenge at work where we wear a pedometer every day, also helps bring down the cost my insurance, but a challenge started on the 22nd between 5 different cities, same company, but so far I'm 7th in my building, our building is in 3rd place and I'm 31st out of all the people. I have 27,559 steps so far and the highest steps are 69,985. Lame. Gotta step it up, literally. It ends February 18.

    On my iPhone I down loaded an app called Runtastic Squats on page 14 out of 29 for free and I loooooooooove this app! I didn't make an account so at the bottom I just clicked remind me later. But you hold your phone sideways and both hands have to hold your phone and you do squats. Everytime you go down, it counts one. It starts off with 5 then rest for a minute and thirty seconds, or just touch the screen to go to the next rep and then do 4 and then 3 and then the last one you do 4 but keep going and do as many as you can to set a personal record. And each night you do it, you move up. Takes less than 60 seconds unless your personal record is like 100. I got to 21 squats at once before I stopped.

    I love all of these new apps coming out - really help you to get going. I'm not one for exercising publically or with a partner so apps help me to do things like squats that I wouldn't bother with usually

    Left work at 3:30 and put PTO for 2.5 hours. My gums keep getting on top of my wisdom tooth on the right side so it's swollen. I called my dentist and he said to get them pulled. I told him no I won't do that because I have enough room, just the tissue gets irrated like twice a year. He said he'll remove my tissue later, since I'll be spending 3k on my teeth in march after I get my taxes back and plus I have $1,500 from insurance. My teeth are already straight and white but I have a few cavities and need 2 root canals. For now he gave me Amoxicillin and I have to go see him at 8am before work so he can see the swelling.

    I got my shoes and they fit perfectly. Just gotta test them out.

    I've started writing down all my expenses and stuff. I put more than 60% of my checks in savings and the rest in checking to pay bills, etc. I have a goal of saving a lot. But it's nice to see where my money goes.
