Hiya everyone just to update what I am doing at the minute.....
I got some cambridge shakes and started monday so I am having 3 shakes a day and a protein meal on a night, chicken or fish and brocolli.
Still get weighed at my slimming world group because this is the diet I will eventually follow when I am sick of shakes!!
In 2 weeks I have lost 7.5 pounds so really happy with that. If I can try and lose 3 a week I should lose 3 stone by my hols which is what I want to do.
