Bit peeved that I only lost 1lb this week because I've been pretty much 100% but hey ho...

    Onwards and downwards!
Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.

Hi Sarah, how's it going hunni ? Not been on the thread for a while but the good news is in total I've lost about 3 stone so am now about 12 stone - slightly annoyed though as put on 5lb this week from holiday but trying to be good until we go away again.

My little one is now 7 months old and is keeping me busy bless him

Hope you are well and keep at it !

    Hi all,

    I'M BACK!!!
I've had a terrible few months. Can't remember what weight I had got to last time I posted on here but I know I weigh more than that now. Long story short I found out I was pregnant again in May and was suffering with terrible morning sickness. And then I lost my precious 2nd baby at 7 weeks in mid June and the eating spiraled to cope with my depression. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I was up to 16st 5lb. Bad times! So I started WW again and as of Monday this week was down to 15st 13lb. My little girl is 8.5 months now and I go back to work in a week so I'm determined to hit it this time...

Goal Weight - 12st - Weight I was when I met my boyfriend!

Right, so... I feel the need to update this a bit more in detail so here goes for anybody out there!

    August 2011 - Restart (again....) - 16st 1lb

    Week 1 - 15st 13lb - DOWN 3lb

Week 2 - 16st 5lb - UP 6lb - Holiday/ Festival week... I knew I was going to put on again but couldn't put the restart off until afterwards and possibly be up another stone! Makes sense in my head...

    Week 3 - 15st 13lb - DOWN 6lb

    Week 4 - 15st 10lb - DOWN 3lb

So, that's the story of this restart! I go back to work next week after my maternity leave, and I've just tried my uniform trousers on and they are worse than I thought... I don't think I'm going to be going back in them next Monday so not sure what I'm going to do! I need to get them trousers to fit ASAP... But I'm under no illusions it will be by next week! lol...
