JUDY'S DIARY

DAY 1 OF MY DIARY!!

DAY 1 OF A NEW START ON CD FOR THE UMTEENTH TIME!!

WELL here i am i havn't done one of these before, and i took my friend kaz's advice to start one as she's such an inspiration and a great support..thanx kaz!
Think i will treat this as if im talking to a friend some1 to have a good moan to when its getting tough, so will probs be here a lot lol
hope i dont bore people too much!!

DAY 1 THURSDAY 12TH JULY
Morning diary, got up feeling really guilty and fat for the food i ate lastnight!
yet again i gave into temptation and orderd some takeaway yes i enjoyed it but was it worth it? NO!! for them 10 mins i ate has made me feel so low all morning after i started feeing food about myself.
I started slimming on 7/5/07 and upto monday gone i had lost 2stone 5.5llbs from being on slimmingworld and cambridge i kept going back and forth to the both .
I have a lot to loose as u can see by my ticker and my aim is to loose a lot by christmas and for once to feel good and make an effort on myself and not just my kids.
My friend kaz on here made me an offer this morning i couldnt refuse she said if we both loose another 3 stone from now she will drive down to see me and we will share a shake! so she's on and once again thanx kaz for giving me something to aim for.
I'v only just got back home from picking my son up from nursery as i decided i needed to get out the house for a few hrs so went out while he was there with my friend and had a BLACK coffee. Im now sitting here with my first shake of the day and i was starvin!! As the day goes on i feel a bit better and more postive.

I'm going to a fancy dress party on saturday so i know im gonna be drinking etc, i havnt been out since new years eve so god im looking forward to it. So im gonna u diary over the next few days after the party so i can get back on track!
well im gonna finish my shake and glug some more water, im sure i will be back later especialy t-time as thats the hardest when im cooking for my kids

hi thanx girls hope i don't bore u too much with it lol

good afternoon diary well i got past the hardest time of day t-time!! i havnt had my last shake yet i try and have it as late as i can. I tried a banana tetra as a mouse for dinner and it was very nice so i think i will have to get some more of them.

I have had a stressfull day today with my youngest she's got chicken pox and is very demanding at the min.
I still havnt had chance to compare my pics yet my daughter took a second lot for me so i must find them on the pc and compare. If i can see the difference it might keep me motivated.
I havnt drunk much water today again i seem to be very bored with it, i wish cambridge would bring out a new flavour. I have had a couple of black coffee's today but its not my fave just somethin diff i suppose.
anyway kids shouting me so must dash back soon when i get a min

DAY 2
GOOD MORNING DIARY well im onto another day yipeee im very proud of myself for sticking to it 100% yesterday! i know its only one day but its the start of many eh?
I didn't even get chance to get back to you lastnight as i was trying to make my flares for the fancy dress with not much luck
I have asked my mum to have mia for a couple of hours today so i can get them done as the party is tomorrow and im so excited.
I think i will have my first shake late again today just sitting here now with my first water of the day. I need to go out this morning so will have my shake when i get back.
I got a zip-up jacket out my wardrobe this morning and thought i will just see how it fits coz i always liked it but it didnt fit very well so i hardly wore it...well to say i was like omg was an understatment!! i put it on got it zipped up with ease and loads of room to spare i was like yippeee i so love this feeling and its put me back in a feel good about myself mood. so look out belly judy's gonna get ya!!!
well suppose i better get ready for the school run on the joy as its raining yet again!!

Hello diary im back, well decided to have my brekki a little earlier than planned, thought i would give the muffin another shot. Omg i can't do it!! it was like a choccy goo alright for a choc fix but resembled nothin like a muffin pmsl.
Would love to know how to make these as a lot of camridgers do them and love them.
oh well have to glug loads of water to fill me up as that didnt do much!
Just went past a skinny shop as i call them only go up to a size 16 if ur lucky, couldn't help wishing i could go in and buy something but soon it will happen and i will be over the moon!! I hate paying evan's rediculous prices and i feel concious when going in there like everyone is saying look at her going in the fat shop I'm sure im not the only person who feels like this.
i better go and tidy up before its back the school for nursery pickup, then i have to tackle my trousers!!

DAY 3

GOODMORNING diary, your probably wondering why i didn't get back to you yesterday? yes u guessed it i was BAD i gave in again!! starting to think cambridge is just to tough for me and maybe i should continue with slimmingworld. I just give into temptation far to easy now coz imnot eating.
I'm going out tonight to the party and will be eating and drinking so i am gonna re-think my decision then if to carry on with cd or sw.

Hi all sorry i havnt been back on here, i felt i really let myself down. I failed on cd again although im back on sw again its been a rocky start but i feel im back on track now
I have weigh in tonight and fingers crossed its not bad news as i honestly dont know what to expect i just cant bring myself to go on the scales
I would like to thanx kaz for supporting me on whatever diet i do shes a great help be back later with the results wether good or bag

well i had my 1st gain and put on half pound i know its not much and i have still lost 2stone 5llbs but that is coming off plus more this week!!
