    weigh day tomorrow- and i am dreading it! this eating like pig is catching up with me, the scales say i have already put on 2lbs.

    I just can't help myself- i see a chocolate bar, and i'm like no, i will be good, and before i no it i've eaten it all along with some crisp and anything else i can find.... my will power has just gone!

    need to get back on track, starting feeling propper slugish and no energy.

    well last week i put on a pound :-( still better than the 2lbs i thought i would of put on.

    been getting on track a bit better, altho i had a night out for friends 30th, to much to drink, and big portion of cheesy chips to end the night- yum yum! but very naughty!! first time i left my lil man over night, aww missed him so much, was so strange without him!

    Jumped on the scales today, and lost the pound i put on, and another half! yeah!!

    not updated for a while- think it because i feel guilty for what i've been eating (everything!!) my diet has been consisting of chocolate, chinese, more chocolate, mc'd's, kfc, yet even more choc!! very big tut tut.

    finding it sooo hard!! i can't even last a day! i think to myself well, i i dont have it now i'l only give in and have it tomorrow so whats the point.

    but right as of today, i am back on it (even tho i dont fully believe myself!)

    i have til the 28aug to loose 12lbs (yes its gone up another 2lbs :-( )

    Not been on in ages, i am back on track- i no i've said it loads of times before!! but boys christening is in 2 week!! 2 weeks- where did time go!!!

    I was supposed to be at my target weight for then. But having not been good- for over 2- nearly 3 months (tut tut) i still have another 11lbs to go :-(

    But anyway, i want to be 6lbs of my target weight by then.

    Things should be easier now- my partner now joined the band waggon- which means no more watching him stuff his face with cakes and chocolate or watching him eat mcds whilst having a diet coke- yes doing that was bloody hard!!! ha ha, think thats why i've been eating so badly for the past few months i just couldn't resist any more.

    Still doing cal count. Partners first week on it and he lost 7 1/2lbs!! Bloody well done to him!

    Thats even after having a chinese last night- we both had soup all day till tea time so we could squeese one in- well it was our cheat day!

    I used to do his head in going out about calories all day- but now he's just the same! Good now were both doing it.

    Pork pie- thats a full days calorie intake for me!

    My weigh day on wed, looking forward to it, when i was eating like a pig- i dreaded it. Going picking an exercise bike up tonight to- £20- bargain!

    Have also changed my target weight date- 23 sept- bf's birthday- pushing my self there- mean i HAVE to loose at least 2lbs a week till then. Hope i do it! means it took 9month for my body to get that big, then its taken 9 month to get it back. Just with lots and lots of added lady lines

    yeah have lost 3 and 1/4lbs. which is good, but can't help wishing it was 7 1/2lbs like bf did :-(

    want to loose 3 and 3/4 lbs for boys christening- not at goal but only 6lbs off.

    Remember when i had only just had him- my bmi was obese, i had put on 4 stone- the midwife even said to me "lift your belly up" when trying to check my c-section scars. I sat there thinking- god- i am never going to loose this weight. And my target was for his christening to be back to my pre pregnancy weight. It seemed forever away and now its next weekend, argh!! time flys!

    Well done you've done amazingly well
    I also gained 4 stone when I was preggers with my son, eek almost 20yrs ago now! Anyway i managed to slim down to about 9st and my weight has pretty much hovered between 9-10st but now I'm bordering on 11 stone and at 5ft 3 i feel like a fat weeble lol.

    fat weeble ha ha, what a word!! yeah its mad, when pregnant its like i'm pregnant- i'm aloud to be big- then once he's born and you weigh yourself its like- woaaa what was i eating!!

    Just had a frozen bananna- heard some one reccomend it saying it tasted like ice cream- had in in freezer for a while- couldn't bring myself to eat it, couldn't see it being that nice. But goddd!! it was yummy!! Really did taste like ice cream accross with them mini milks. Just next time i will put a stick or something at the end, my fingers felt like they were freezing off.

    grrr... weighed myself and i've gone UP half a pound... not fair!! I've been going to gym doing the bike... and even cutting my calories right down less that 1200- cuz i have 9 days to loose as much as possible, and i've put on :-(

    Think i need to up my calories, but i feel bad when i do now, but in back of my mind i no thats probably why i've put the weigh back on. grrr!!!

    rahhh, really not happy, I've put on 2lbs!! 2lbs!!! i stayed within my cal allowance of 1500, and even burned off 300 cals on bike.
    I had a protein shake for breakfast- 90cal
    Home made soup for dinner, salad for tea, and went to the pictures, so took sweets and had little bit of pop corn, all counted out and added into my calorie allowance. Rahh!! not happy!! :-( 1 week and 1 day to go- not good! :-(

    Instead of loosing another 3lbs this week- like i was hoping for. I have put on 1 1/2lbs. Really annoyed, i wouldn't of minded if i had of cheated, but i haven't :-(

    Now i only have 4 days to loose as much as poss, ideally i wanted to of lost another 5lbs by then, but with putting on... i have no chance.

    Going to drink water, i never drink enough and some one recomended to start. Just got my first pint down me, yuk! had to drink it with a straw.

    Christening went well, my lil man slept on the way to church and all the way through his party after the church bit- woke up when we was packing things away and just wanted food- must take after his mummy- likes lots of sleep and plenty of food.

    He got spoilt!! his cake was lovely- a bad thing for me- 5lbs gained in a week- tut tut.

    Started to get back on track today- saying that its not even 10 o'clock- so havent been on track for that long!

    Have to start planning for moving house now in 2 week, then after that its crimbo. oo can't wait!!
