I think... I love the gymwent to my first proper session today and did the proscribed and a little bit more. It's so fun, lots of variation in my routine which is about 40 minutes long at the moment.
Might go swimming later if I can convince my brother to go![]()

I quite like the exercise bike as I cycle at least once a week anyway and always enjoy itI also like the cross trainer as it's bouncy
I do five different machines and none of them are too bad. I quite like the arm bike as well as it's quite relaxing. I'm not convinced about this swaying machine I do (no clue what it's called!), and I don't really like the step machine - I suck at it

Just done an hour and a half (!!) in the gym, including 15 minutes on the swaying machine blossumI honestly did really enjoy myself and I burnt 551 calories! Enjoyed the stepping machine more today as well, think i'm getting the hang of it

My Mum and Dad have already both said 'Your face is very red... are you okay?!' So obviously I looked a bit silly with my tomato red face but I don't really care - I'm improving my health and fitness!![]()
Though next time I may wait a while in the changing rooms until it's gone down a little - I hadn't seen myself and thought they must be exaggerating as I didn't feel bad at all... then I looked in a mirror![]()
It's really great feeling motivated isn't it
(btw I go red like that too)
