    Hi All,
    I'll decided to continue my diary here...I used to write in he calorie counting section, but it fit in here better since my weight loss is both exercise and good diet... here is a link to my previous diary...

    Diet: Eating like a normal person?

    Hi Tulipz - how's it going? I am hovering over the diaries as I can't stick to anything. Hoping for inspiration and a change of mindset.

    I would also like to kick the junk. I don't eat red meat but do like fish and chicken but much prefer chocolate digestives! I feel so gross after pigging out 'tho. Looking forward to reading your food diary for a little inspiration.

    Thank you Pomooky125... you just gave me a good reason to keep my log updated!

    I did a 3.5 mile walk on Friday. I took an hour...so it was pathetic speed....nowhere close to a cardio workout! I plan to do it again today...may be finish it in 45 mins , lets see.

    My diet today:

    Cereal + Skimmed milk (7am)

    Mocha (small) at 10am

    Brocolli and Stilton soup + bread at 1pm

    Now that I lost 2 kgs, I think its time to start increasing my time with weights...

    I'll weigh myself on friday... I'll hopefully lose a bit!
